Design features
AMA Universal degreasing machines are designed to provide maximum containment of solvent and universal cleaning applications.

Operational features include multi-process, closed circuit cleaning programmes, with continuous distillation and integral drying.There are two types of drying process:
• Re-circulated air drying with refrigerated solvent recovery and regenerative carbon deodorisation
• Vacuum drying with refrigerated solvent recovery and regenerative carbon deodorisation.The cleaning and drying operations take place within a single process chamber with hermetically sealing process door.

Sole distributorship
AMA Universal systems are manufactured in Italy by AMALIND SpA. Virotec has sole UK and Eire distributorship of the entire range.

Solvent savings
AMA Universal machines are fully hermetically sealed and include the most up to date process and containment features, there are virtually zero solvent emissions*. Solvent consumption is reduced on average by 99 per cent, resulting in a typical 30-month pay back period.

Operator safety
Being fully hermetically sealed and suitable for integration with closed loop solvent management systems, there is no operator contact with the solvent. AMA Universal machines can also be fitted with automated handling for extra safety and to free up operators to perform other tasks.
