AMA Aqueous Cleaning Systems

The AMA Universal LMW series of Aqueous cleaning systems utilises vacuum technology, detergents and mechanical action to achieve optimum cleaning performance. The modular format offers up to five solution tanks that can be used according to the specific requirement of individual components or contaminents.

The independent nature of each tank circuit prevents mixing and maintains total separation of fluids. The vacuum technology allows ultrasonics to be used in all stages of the process and enables thorough and fast drying of components.

Process options include pressurised spray at elevated temperatures with inline filters in the spray circuits and complete immersion of work with cleaning fluid. Work can be rotated or oscillated within the drum during the detergent spray or immersion. Vacuum is used in each stage of the process to establish the fluid change within the drum. This provides optimum degassed conditions for ultrasonics.

Drying is achieved using vacuum which enables instantaneous evaporation of the water, ensuring rapid stain free drying.
