Achieving Compliancy
Virotec’s solvent degreasing systems are capable of achieving full compliance with the stringent Solvent Emissions Directive (SED) Regulations 2004, introduced throughout the UK in January 2004.
Virotec solvent systems perform so efficiently that they regularly reduce solvent consumption to levels below the SED registration threshold enabling installations to become excluded from the SED regulations.
Virotec systems are suitable for use with the wide range of halogenated solvents available for surface cleaning, thus providing flexibility, convenience and confidence to users having to respond to the requirements of the SED regulations.
Where technical justification exists this provides the option of legally retaining the use of high-risk substances or preparations in complete safety.
